We are excited to announce that, in collaboration with Mark Burns, Greenwich School Alliance (GSA) is offering a bespoke leadership programme for deputy and assistant headteachers. This five-session programme will facilitate deep, strategic, professional dialogue about key aspects that underpin a fertile environment for teacher/leader learning and growth. It will also address the key drivers for staff wellbeing and retention.
