During 2023/2024, the GSA ran a pilot project with 6 schools and Enabling Leaders to create a leadership framework to support coaching conversations. These conversations enable leaders to reflect on their own leadership skills against the following areas.

The Enabling Leaders tool offers schools a structured approach to shaping powerful reflective conversations. It collates information allowing school level analysis of strengths so that these can be used to grow other leaders.
