Educate Against Racism is a partnership of school leaders from across Royal Greenwich. It aims to make a difference in our schools by addressing racial biases and imbalances.

EAR group mission

The mission of the EAR group is equality, diversity and inclusion at the forefront of everything we do in our schools.

It is a safe space to grow, challenge, support each other and look at ourselves and our organisations. This work benefits pupils, staff and our communities.

Sharing best practice

The EAR group actively shares best practice with Greenwich schools through conferences, events and an online directory.

EAR / GLP Hemisphere Racial Literacy Project

The GLP works with the EAR group to promote and support its work. In 2024/2025, the GLP in partnership with the EAR group is delivering the Hemisphere Racial Literacy Project to all schools.
