Sonia is Head Teacher at St Matthew's C.E. Primary Research and Support School, EEF Trustee, Classics for All Trustee, UKLA Council Member, EmpathyLab Advisor, Birmingham Secondary School Academy Council Chair. She is also the author of An Ethic of Excellence in Action.
